Chericka Johnson is a strategist, community builder, and pastor by calling who helps organizations turn belonging into a measurable growth strategy. Over six years on the executive staff of Churchome, a global multi-entity nonprofit serving more than 1.2 million people, she led three major iterations of the organization's digital engagement platform and built the operational backbone of Pastor Chat, a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled care system that facilitated more than 80,000 conversations with people seeking guidance, hope, and support. She also designed and executed the Vision Summit, a signature donor retreat model that moved supporters from transactional giving to genuine belonging and raised more than .1 million across consecutive years. Chericka now works at the intersection of corporate strategy, nonprofit innovation, and experience design, helping founders, nonprofits, and community leaders build the communities, systems, and experiences that turn connection into lasting impact. She is the founder of Build With Chericka, co-founder of Love + Leisure Boutique Travel Agency, and founder of SistaCircle, a belonging platform for women. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and is based in Seattle, WA.
