Chericka Johnson is an organizational strategist, community builder, and pastor by calling who specializes in capacity building and storyselling: building the systems that let teams deliver, and the story that moves people to act. Over six years on the executive staff of Churchome, a global multi-entity nonprofit serving more than 1.2 million people, she led three major iterations of its digital engagement platform and built the operational backbone of Pastor Chat. Using Crisp chat technology, multilingual access, conversation guides, training resources, and clear escalation pathways, the system equipped more than 90 staff members and 30 volunteers to facilitate more than 85,000 practical and spiritual care conversations. She also led the execution of Vision Summit donor retreats that raised $5.1 million across consecutive years. Her experience also includes fourteen years in corporate sales and regional leadership at Philip Morris USA / Altria and co-founding Love + Leisure, where she builds client experiences and operating workflows. Today Chericka helps organizations and business owners connect capacity building and storyselling, then put the work into practice.
